We do not offer refunds for orders placed on the online store or in-person. We do not offer refunds for gift cards.


We accept exchanges on a case-by-case basis. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request an exchange, please bring your purchased items to our store and speak with an associate. Please note that exchanges need to be brought in person to the following address during business hours:

If your exchange is accepted, you will be issued a digital gift card with store credit for your next purchase online or in store.
