All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on the volunteers available and the day of the week that the order is placed. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick-up.
We are a volunteer-based organization, so there may be occasional delays in processing due to circumstances outside of our control, such as severe weather conditions or a lack of available volunteers. If these types of delays arise, we aim to communicate with any affected customers via email or phone.
We do not currently offer shipping or delivery.
All orders are available for free local pick-up at 707 Douglas St, Victoria, BC, V8W 2B4. After placing your order and selecting local pick-up at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick-up within 1 to 7 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions for pick-up.
In-store pick-up orders will be held for 14 days after the "Ready for Pickup" notification is sent.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive a "Ready for Pickup" email.
If you haven’t received any notification about your order within 14 business days of placing it, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
