SHIPPING & DELIVERY
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on the volunteers available and the day of the week that the order is placed. You will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery or ready for pick-up.
After your order has been processed and picked up by the bike carriers, you can expect it to be delivered within 3-5 business days.
Total processing time from when your order is placed to when it is delivered will be between 3-12 business days.
We are a volunteer-based organization and we use a local bicycle carrier for delivery, so there may be occasional delays in processing and delivery due to circumstances outside of our control, such as severe weather conditions or a lack of available volunteers. If these types of delays arise, we aim to communicate with any affected customers via email or phone.
SHIPPING
We do not currently offer shipping via postal service. We offer in-store pick-up and a local delivery service via bicycle to the following postal codes:
V8P, V8R, V8S, V8T, V8V, V8W, V9A
LOCAL DELIVERY
Local delivery via bicycle is available for the following postal codes: V8P, V8R, V8S, V8T, V8V, V8W, V9A. We charge a flat rate for local delivery based on your postal code.
- $7.50: V8P, V8R, V8S, V8T, V8V, V9A
- $6.50: V8W
Oversized items are exempt from this service and must be picked up at the store. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
If your order is over 15 lbs then your order is subject to added delivery and handling fees. We will contact you after your purchase if your order is over 15 lbs to discuss a new quote.
Deliveries are made Thursday to Saturdays.
You will receive an email notification when your order is out for delivery, and another email notification when your order has been delivered. If there is a specific time of day that works best for you, please add this to the delivery notes at checkout and we will try our best to accommodate.
If you are not home when your package is delivered, the package will be left outside your door. If you live in an apartment building or condo, you must provide a buzzer number in the delivery notes at checkout. If no buzzer number is provided or if there is no answer during the delivery, your package will be returned to SUPPLY Victoria and you must pick it up at 750 Fairfield Rd, Victoria, BC V8W 2H1. You will not get a refund for the delivery fees.
IN-STORE PICK-UP
You can skip the deliver fees with free local pick-up at 750 Fairfield Rd, Victoria, BC V8W 2H1. After placing your order and selecting local pick-up at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick-up within 1 to 7 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions for pick-up.
In-store pick-up orders will be held for 14 days after the "Ready for Pickup" notification is sent.
Our in-store pick-up hours are as follows (as of July 3, 2023):
Thursday: 11AM—4PM
Friday: 11AM—4PM
Saturday: 11AM—6PM
Sunday: 11AM—4PM
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. On the day that your order is being delivered, you will receive an “Out for Delivery” email. When the order has arrived at your address, you will receive a “Delivered” confirmation email. If you are picking up your order in store, you will receive a "Ready for Pickup" email.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of placing the order, please contact us at orders@supplyvictoria.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
